职位描述及要求：

Job Requirement：
1. Degree or diploma in relevant field
2. 5- 8 Years Materials Management/commensurate experience
3. 2 Years team leader of experience in a repetitive process assembly/manufacturing environment, preferably Tier 1 automotive
4. Experience conducting continuous improvement projects, utilizing lean principles and tools, root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
5. Able to build consensus and agreement at many levels within the organization.
6. Intermediate Excel Skills (familiarity with pivot tables and higher functions)
7. Must have ERP/MRPII business systems experience
8. Must have fluent oral and written English communication skills.
Main Responsibility：
1.Ensure finished goods and raw material target inventory levels are adhered to Ensure material supply to support production
2. Identify issues affecting inventory integrity and initiate corrective action(s)
3. Monitor and control customer demand fluctuations to authorized limits within the frozen period
5. Drive outage elimination
6. Plan and schedule to achieve on time delivery
7. Initiate premium freight requests when applicable and corrective action
8. Maintains open communication with key suppliers
9. Resolve customer delivery shortages
10. Escalate supply / productivity related issues
11. Team Drive
